Jr Wall review about company Dan's Roofing Inc

I waited half a day for the estimator. I called several times and was told he'll be there, just running late. At 3:30 I found out he never showed up for work. They rescheduled for the next day. Got a fair price and was told it would take a few days to get on the schedule. Appontment scheduled for Saturday between 8 and 9. I called at 10:30 and was answered by a service. They apologized and said someone would be in touch. Never happened. It's now 1:30 and not even a courtesy call. Dan's Roofing has far too much business and doesn't care if they get to you or you cancel. I have been a small business, growth and development consutant for over 30 years and plan to use Dan's Roofing as an example of the epitome of crappy customer service. Don't waist your time!
