Takes shortcuts and will not stand behind his work. He used silicone caulk in an area needing flashing. After a few years the caulking pulled away allow water to rot the decking. You didn’t know there wasn’t flashing until the damage was done. He did just enough to make it last a few years then said it’s not his responsibility. Also refused to call or meet after a two call. He will not answer his phone or reply to messages. Do not trust his work.
