From the first phone call, we received superb service. We were given a free second opinion call which was set up the same day! Then Christopher came to check both air conditioners and sit down with us to present and explain his evaluation. His evaluation agreed with Choice home warranty. As Choice was doing all they could to deny coverage we cancelled our contract and decided to pay out of pocket and have Extreme do the work. Christopher contacted Aaron to come by the same day to discuss financials.Aaron talked to us and listened to our needs. He said we were qualified for both a seniors and a veterans discount along with zero interest for 5 years. Aaron patiently worked with us for several hours. Again we were pleasantly surprised when he said they would be out in the morning to start the installation! First thing next morning a crew of five were at the door. Dakota, Dylan, Kelson, Tristan and Cane worked 10 hours without breaking for lunch. They were professional and gentlemen. It was amazing to see such teamwork and respect. Truly a stellar company. Kudos to all representatives we interacted with.
