Want to be bothered for the rest of your existence by phone calls that are nothing of substance? Then request a quote. The quote meeting actually went really well and they were my number one selection. But I was waiting for a picture and specs of the sliding/French doors that was quoted. I never received that but I get a phone call every single afternoon asking me if I’m ready to commit. I’m confused. Buy something I’ve never seen a photo of? I took one of the calls recently and let the woman know I was still waiting for details. She apologized that this wasn’t fulfilled, but apparently did nothing about it. She keeps calling every.single.afternoon, sometimes leaving a message, but mostly not. They were my number one selection, now #3, and I only met with one other company. Update: The owner has reached out and provided the information we were waiting for and has been very responsive. We have not made a decision moving forward with the project yet, so consider this review a work in progress, the updated star rating (from 2-3) is per request since information has been provided and I am no longer receiving annoying calls daily asking me to commit to the purchase.
