Karen Hawes review about company Joe Schmelzer Contractor

I had a guy come out and give me an estimate and I decided to go ahead and have the work done. A week later I called to make arrangements for a start date. An hour after this call he called me back and said he didn't have the funds to do the job although I had a check for $3500 to start with remaining $5500 to be paid by my insurance. That and he said the owner had an operation. He must have a very small crew.
