Rudest people I've ever dealt with. Asked for a quote today to install a main pipe from the meter to my house in Cambridge. I'd already dug the hole, asked the receptionist she was very nice, then the boss came out, said minimum charge is $500.00 I thought he was joking. Yet he was serious, said they were so busy that was the minimum call out charge. Needless to say I walked out, and remarked to him, if he treats his customers like this he deserves to go broke. I would have been happy if they said they were too busy to take on a small job, or any other work. Yet his attitude stunk. There advertising on the local radio as 2017 plumber of the year...... Well in 2018 they definitely are not.
