Thea Mason review about company Roof Smart of SW Florida, Naples

Smart Roof left work very incomplete at our residence. I’ve been calling them repeatedly over this year thinking someone would eventually respond and come by, they haven’t shown up for two appointments. For the last two weeks I’ve really been pressing it and have been calling daily for an appointment, no call back. I understand they must be busy after irma but we’ve been pushed aside even before then. I demand that someone call us and at least come by to see the unfinished work. I have no idea how this passed any code inspection . I’m not even sure an inspector came by. It all seems so backward. The girls that answer the phones are so nice and try to be as helpful as they can. They pass on my name and number but no one calls. Until they come and at least try to make this right I am forced to give this company the most negative reviews . I’m beyond frustrated .
