I called them a week ago about coming out to give us an estimate on windows and siding for a house we are remodeling and scheduled our appointment for today at 1. I showed up at said house at 12:40 and kept a constant eye on the door and driveway. 1:15 rolls around and noone has showed up yet. I call the company and get a voicemail. They call me back at 1:22 and tell me he showed up but I didn’t answer when he knocked. I had stood at the window and waited from 12:50 until I called them. Noone showed up. Either he had the wrong house or just wanted to not even worry about - I don’t know - but they lost our business and any future business from friends and family. If he could call and tell them I supposedly wasn’t there - then why didn’t he call me to tell me he was sorry to have missed me?
