It was time to get a new roof and we called East Coast Roofing to get an estimate. Mr. Barnes came the next day and patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. This was our first time replacing a roof so we had lots of questions and Mr. Barnes walked us through all the process. From the beginning to end of the job, Mr. Barnes kept us informed which of course, put us at ease. His employees finished the job on time! This company cares about their customers. When doing home improvements in the past, we had issues with customer service and people not keeping their word. Not this company. I am extremely satisfied with our new roof!
