The Engineer review about company Gulf Coast Metal Roofing

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! Rolando De La Rosa, owner of Gulf Coast Metal Roofing out of Kingsville TX, was hired using Windstorm Insurance money to repair our Mother's roof following Hurricane Harvey. Rolando stated the job would only take 3 days. After 2 WEEKS and still not being completed, the windstorm engineer said that the work Rolando did was so poor that it needed to be completely removed and redone. He had tried to shingle over holes his crews made in the roof. The neighbor across the street had also hired him and he left their roof unshingled to this day. During the first 3 days it rained and because he failed to seal the roofs correctly, buth house suffered severe water damage inside and to the drywall. It has been over a month and he refused to call or text us. He stole $1500 from us an still has not call us back or refund our money. He came by and picked up materials from both houses when nobody was home. We are pursuing legal action. He should be out of business. Do NOT hire him! He might change the business's name, but if you talk to Rolando De La Rosa, do not trust him.
