Deloris Armstrong review about company Huntington Roofing Co

Huntington did and excellent job on our roof but they have terrible customer service if you deal with Angel. We were told they would replace the roof for what the insurance paid. After it was completed, we we're told we had a balance They agreed to take 63.50 up front and $50 a month untill the balance of $800 was paid. We made two other payments which would have left us owing 700.00. We also had other inside work from water damage that was done by another person. When we received the check it was made out to Huntington. Rather than sending it back we decided to pay Huntington the balance out of the check. We called and talked to Angel, she said we owed more than we should. Even after getting an email from her admitting her error, she continued to be extremely ugly to us about the balance.She went so far as to say if we did not pay the balance she would place a lien on our home. She has no customer service skills at all. We did complain about how we were treated to one of the owners; his remarks were "I am sorry for that but she has issues with other customers lying to her." Really!!. It's ok to be ugly to customers because you have issues with others. We could have had the check sent back and continued with the original agreement, but we wanted to go ahead and pay them off. Great roofing job, lousy customer service when it comes to Angel.
