Worst transaction I have ever had as a home owner. Salesperson never followed through. Started the process in September and did not get the roof installed until mid November. Always excuses. Customer service person was nice when I contacted them but was always going to have the owner follow up with me. I talked to her MULTIPLE times and did not ONCE hear from the owner until they wanted the check after the job was finished. I would not EVER recommend this company!!
