Michael Patterson review about company First Home Improvements (England) Limited

I am very pleased with the two big windows, front door and two kitchen doors supplied and fitted by First. There were a couple of small snags but they were easily ironed out. The first was when it was discovered that one of the kitchen doors was too wide. This then went back and a new one made several days later. When the team arrived to fit this, the young man who carried the glass panels in underestimated the distance when putting them on the tiled kitchen floor and the small glass unit was subject to a corner impact from no more than about three millimetres - but it shattered the whole unit. It was a genuine accident and I felt really sorry for him! About a week later the new door was supplied and fitted within a couple of hours.
