Kurt Nauenburg review about company Renovation Roofing

This review is based on a warranty certificate on a home I purchased in April this year. I didn't have them install any roofing products, I'm just trying to get them live up to their promise. The previous owner had the roof inspected by Renovation Roofing and by their estimation the roof would be good for 5 years and under warranty coverage for one year. This was a good sales tactic and it did put my mind at ease since the house is over 50 years old. Unfortunately every time we had more than just a trace amount of rain it would leak in my kitchen and garage, and the wall that separates the two. I'll attach pictures and a video to show this. They have come to my house to attempt to repair this leak 4 times now and I have called them 11 times to report the problem. My assessment is that are simply trying the fastest and cheapest way to stop the leak but there is a more significant problem that they are ignoring. I've asked to speak to a Manger or the owner and was told me that he would call me, they even gave me a specific time that he would call...so I wait for the call and no call ever came. At this point their failure to repair the leak is causing additional damage to my house. I've been patient with this company and have been trying to get this resolved for 4 months, they had every opportunity to avoid this 1 star review. If you need roofing services I can't in good conscious recommend this company.
