Elin Cartier review about company Terrell Roofing & Construction

I’d give him zero stars if I could. I later found out he did my roof with no permit so the city never came out to ensure I got good work completed. Then after he did the roof he sent someone to paint where it had leaked and they painted it the wrong color. He was supposed to fix windows and my replace garage door which a year passed and he never did. I wouldn’t use him if you paid me.
