Rick Neevel review about company BlackBerry Systems

Several years ago I had a Blackberry Systems sliding door window replaced (the whole thing was initially installed about 21 years ago), when it developed a leak between the panes of glass. However, a leak later developed between the door and the jamb over time, allowing outside air to come in. I stopped at Blackberry, and spoke with Mike, the owner. Mike was very responsive and respectful. He arranged for someone to come out to check it out, and he was able to fix it, at no cost. I really appreciate the work - and you have great customer service. I highly recommend you!!
