Bill Drury review about company Paul Henry's Window Installation

I highly recommend Paul Henry’s Windows. I had him install ten Soft-Lite Elements triple pane windows and noticed both the sound and thermal insulation difference immediately. Patrick in Sales was outstanding and very patient with my numerous questions. He continuously followed up and gave an excellent demonstration. Cali was very pleasant to speak with and showed me around the showroom despite the late hour. She also gave great support in providing financing information. Paul was wonderful and committed to working with me on the timing of the installation. Daniel led a great installation crew. The care and attention to detail in the installation was over the top. The installers are all Paul Henry employees and showed their expertise in insulating and trimming the frames. The installation quality alone is enough reason to choose this company. Brian followed up and gave a patient tutorial on the mechanics of the window – worth it, as the Soft-Lite window is a well-made and robust window. I will definitely invite this company back to help with future projects. The installation and product they provide is top of the line and a great value!
