Thomas Ro review about company International Construction

Most unprofessional. While riding my from motorcycle from Yorktown, Va. one of their vehicles with three men in it nearly ran me off the road because of inpatient, undisciplined and disorderly slobs or so called "workers". They decided to deliberately get on my bumper, go over the shoulder and cut me off I guess because they didnt want to be behind a motorcyle in traffic.
