Took full payment $17,500 for supposedly redoing my roof, but when my roof leaked ~1 year later I found out he failed city inspections and let the permit expire. Filed complaint with CSLB to find out his license has already been revoked. D+ rating on BBB. Now requesting SWIFT unit to investigate the fraud he committed and hoping to stop them from victimizing other innocent people.
