Nathan Routson review about company Doug's Repair

We just had our AC installed and I met with several companies (trying to beat the summer rush). I was most impressed with Doug’s Repair. Doug was the person who came and gave us our quote. I didn’t know Doug previous to this, but really felt he was trustworthy just after meeting him for the first time. Not only were they competitive with their pricing, but I felt like I could trust them. They were also the most responsive of any of the companies I contacted. I really like the scheduling system that they use to schedule the work and let you know when they’ll be coming. I feel like they had my best interests in mind and that they take pride in and stand by their work. There were several other companies I met with that felt very “sales-y” and gave me the impression that all they cared about was getting the most money out of me that they could. The technicians (John & Jason) are top notch. Doug’s needs to give them raises. 🙂. I felt comfortable having them in my home and they were knowledgeable and thorough in the work they did. This is my first experience with Doug’s Repair and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
