Aaron Kalb review about company Quality One Service

The roof leaks less than 1 year after Quality One Service replaced it. When I called they said it would be no problem and sent someone out to inspect. Unfortunately the guy they sent out didn't have the correct equipment to go to the top of the roof making the visit a complete waste of time. It took several calls to set up ANOTHER appointment, which finally happened a week later. It turns out the inexperienced crew did not install the flashing correctly around the chimney. Afterwards there was no follow-up and again I had to reach out to discuss what was found and to set up a repair appointment. On the morning of the scheduled repair (right before a 4 day rainstorm no less) they informed me that they would have to push back the repair to next week, bringing the total time close to 4 weeks since I first called. After no repair took place I called for 3 days straight and am now being told they WILL NOT honor the warranty since I am not the original customer despite telling the previous owner (my childhood friend) that was a major selling point in hiring them during the quoting process. I would avoid this company since they can't install a roof correctly and when problems are found with their work they will find whatever way possible to get out of it. It's a shame companies like this no longer work honestly or with integrity.
