Danielle High review about company Erie Construction

We had a rocky start with getting the salesman here. I had to call the day they were supposed to come to find out that he was stuck somewhere else and needed to reschedule. However, when he was able to meet, it was a very pleasant experience. He wasn't pushy and was very lax. I got a call a little over 2 weeks later to schedule the install. The materials were delivered on the scheduled date, however, it rained briefly that day so the installers came the next day. They put in a long day, and it ended up running into the next day...mostly due to spending twice the amount of time to remove the existing shingles because of how they were installed. The order was about 10 shingles short, so they had to return another day. The project took longer than I expected, but the installers kept me well informed and kept everything clean. I then received a follow-up call to make sure everything was completed as agreed upon. I honestly wasn't expecting that, so it was a plus! It was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend Erie to others.
