a rod review about company Friel Family Construction
Twice I have had an appointment over the last 3 weeks. Twice they were a no show and no call. After the first no show I called and got an answering machine and left a message. After not hearing from them in a week I called and talked to the owner who at first didn't think he talked to me, then he found my paperwork and would have the salesman get "right" back to me (on a Monday) salesman called me Friday. Today he was to come out between 430 to 530. Again no show and no call. Terrible customer service. Thanks for wasting my time. Mr. Lehman
