Daniel Lawrence review about company Restoration Roofing

This past severe storm I noticed I had a subtle leak coming from my roof in my garage. I contacted Restoration Roofing after hearing that people in my neighborhood had used them and such wonderful things to say. I was pleasantly surprised to reach the owner of the company and not just some call center or have someone put on me on some list for someone to come out a week or two later. After describing the issue at hand, he was very informative of possible root causes and immediately scheduled an appointment to come by and diagnose the situation. He arrived on the exact time and day as promised and explained what was happening and said he would get a quote over ASAP. I received a quote very promptly and the price was extremely reasonable. He scheduled the work and his crew completed the project on time as promised. These days it is a pleasure to find companies that give you the truth and manage expectations on the front end. I am typically never one to write reviews but whenever you have a home repair experience that gets resolved in such a painless manner, you feel like you go to tell others. I plan on calling them back if I ever have any problems. They were truly a please to work with. Keep up the good work RR, the community needs more companies like you to be a model of superior customer service, customer empathy and professionalism especially when havoc wreaks down on our roofs! D
