Ernie Rutledge review about company Asperheim Roofing
This business does not stand behind their work. I had his team "family" install a roof on my house and expected everything to be done as required with any roofing job. After the first couple of rains I noticed the ceiling was damp in my living room. I called him immediately and left a message. He called and said he would come out and look at it. He didn't and I've been after him for over 4 years to come out and look at it. I called again today and he told me the roof it's out of warranty and he would charge me a fee for an estimate to come out and look at it. I don't believe that is right! Then when I asked him why it was leaking, over the phone, he told me that they don't replace the flashing when they do a roof job? I'm done with this guy. Is there a lower rating than 1 on this rating system?
Roof Looks Great! Job Done on time and worked with a terrible neighbor who initially wouldn't even let them on neighbor's property to get to my roof.
I had a small leak in my roof. Asperheim sent two men out. They worked for about 40 minutes and told me they weren’t sure if they solved the problem....
