Charing Cross Medical review about company Lang Roofing Specialists Inc

This roofing company and Mr Ken Lang is complete fraud. They promised to replace and put new flat roof on commercial building in Brantford because roof was getting older and was leaking in 2016. They came in for 1 day and left saying the roof is completely replaced. We paid $40,000 to this company in full. The roof started to leak again and has been leaking now for 2 years every time there is rain. The leak has caused us already several thousands of dollars in damage and repairs. We already replaced skylights, and put new AC system as Mr Lang insists the leak is coming from somewhere else. Mr Lang promised on multiple occasions to fix the roof (that is still under 20 year warranty) and pay back for damages and repairs from ongoing leak, but failed to do so to date, His workers come in for 10-15 minutes, look at leaking roof and damages, and then they leave saying they fixed it now; but the leak is ongoing. We are filing formal complaint to the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services and starting lawsuit to collect our money back and finally make this company to fix the roof and comply with the warranty and contract agreement.
