Chaz Berman review about company Sunshine Gutters

These seem like very nice people, they were accommadating on the phone, Erin was very helpful. the estimator arrived on time and was very helpful, saved us money by suggesting we just clean the gutters not put screens on them. They offered a reasonable bid for cleaning and adding a new downspout. On the other hand they missed the 1st appointment with not so much as a phone call. When i called to ask them what happened, no rational response was heard other then we will reschedule 3 weeks further into the winter. when i objected they set the date for a Saturday only 1.5 weeks away. i felt there was hope for this business. However, they never showed up or called to say they would be late or could not make it for the second appointment. These people must think there time is much more important and valuable then their customers. It appears they did not think twice about wasting someone else's days. O well, onto another company where the owners care about customers.
