Jayme Kimberly review about company Fisher Roofing

We needed our gutters cleaned and a roof inspection for any servicing/repairs. We received a call back the same day telling us project managers were booked about 3 weeks out. No problem. About 2.5 weeks later we received a call from Mike (a project manager) and we had a good 10 minute conversation about what we wanted: a bid on gutter cleaning and any roof repairs (we have miss we want removed) and since we are 18 years into a 20 year roof, a bid on a new roof for our records. We even discussed that a gutter cleaning and any repairs would be about 3 weeks out, but a whole roof would be several months out. I assured him we needed the gutter and inspection/repairs and the roof replacement was for a later determination. A week later I got an email fro Mike that said "I went by your house, your roof needs replaced." With a bid for a new roof and nothing about gutter cleaning or anything else. I thanked him for the roof bid and asked him for a bid o. The gutter cleaning and any further details on the roof (can it be repaired? How much life is left? Etc). I got no response. We waited 3 weeks for a service we were never quoted and now we found another roofing company that gave us a bid for gutter cleaning and we will be using them when we replace the roof.
