We recently bought a new house, from Lennar. The process of having warranty items fixed was daunting (to put it mildly). AVI roofing was, quite literally, the only contractor that we didn't have to plead our case(s) with. They come out when they're scheduled, fix this issue and seem to genuinely take pride in their job. By far, the best contractor we've dealt with.
