My daughter who is also a close neigbor signed a contract. 03/06/2019 with Mr. Rodriguez and paid down pmt. Of $2800 up front for installation of metal roof over existing roof. Mr. Rodriguez phone and email on the website and contract is not valid or disconnected and almost 3 month's have passed and Mr. Rodriguez has not made any effort to complete the job and took the money. Its really sad because this was there only savings to fix the roof. Mr. Rodriguez. Please refund the money and you should be shut down as a licensed contractor.
