Cassie Birch review about company River City Roofing & Gutters

I made an appointment with Miles for 10 am. By 10:30 am I still hadn't heard from him, so I called him. No answer and no ability to leave a voicemail. By 11 am I still hadn't heard from him, so I called the company's main line and left a voicemail there and never heard back. I took time off work for this appointment and the least they can do is call me to let me know they can't make it. It's safe to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.
