Tom Tiberio review about company Dynamic Roofing Concepts Inc.

This company put a roof on a home that we just bought in 2011. The original owners didn't realize the horrendous job that this company performed. After only a few years (8) years, the shingles are lifting, they weren't nailed in the spot they were supposed to be nailed, they were nailed to high on the shingles, they didn't put the proper shingles on the corners and eaves, instead "breaking in 1/2 a shingle and nailing it to the roof" (this is per a roofing contractor that came out and inspected the roof yesterday. They refuse to honor their work, stating "I don't owe you anything, you aren't the original home owner and my contract isn't with you". Tony was rude and incorrigible. I didn't want him to "spend money on my roof" as he said, I just wanted him to make it right, or apologize. However, he wouldn't even do that. I ended our conversation and left it at that. I will contact an attorney and informed him that I would let the entire Facebook World and BBB know of his work or lack there of. I have picture proof of three shingles that blew off my house - each showing that the nails were placed too high on the shingle, causing the lifting and shifting and ultimately blowing off the house, I have picture proof of their lack of providing the correct corner and eave shingles causing leaking on the right side of the house and now the wood is soft. I have picture proof of lifting shingles in multiple areas caused by his workmanship (of which he stated "I don't guarantee the workmanship, and I don't owe you anything". I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, ever.
