Phil McCulloch review about company Rooftec Scotland Ltd

Website looks and sounds all very impressive but this guy didn't like it when he turned up half an hour late and I chose to tell him how disappointed I was. Funny that he claims to build his reputation on good customer relations. When I chased up his quotation a few days later he phoned back to say he wouldn't be quoting because he didn't like how I had spoken to him,?? Wonder if he would have ever had the decency to tell me he was not going to quote if I hadn't chased it up. I don't know what grounds he had to be upset with me, I was polite but to the point when he turned up late but think he show a lack of respect for a potential new customer, when a time had been agreed. This guy seems to forget he invites people to make an appointment, it's not as if I forced him to come and see me about a roofing job, it was his choice! A disgruntled customer - oops no I'm not a customer because HE REFUSED TO PRICE THE JOB!
