Overall a good experience. The installers and the office staff were great; however, my salesman (Craig Hancock) was not so great. He told us everything we wanted to hear when we signed, but then when things didn't go as promised and we threatened to cancel, work got back on track. We submitted the roofing invoice to our insurance company and the insurance company required additional information. When our insurance company contacted Craig, our adjuster stated that Craig told him the job was paid for and done and what he provided was good enough. Thank goodness for Shialine Payne in accounting. She helped us obtain a more detailed invoice to satisfy our insurance company. My only advice, if submitting to your insurance company, is to submit the unsigned quote to your insurance company for review and have Total Home Roofing update as deemed necessary by your insurance company and then sign the contract once the insurance company is happy with the breakdown of fees. Oct 2017 update I called on 10/02, 10/09, 10/11 & 10/16 to try to schedule a warranty repair. I can only get a voice mail and very rarely a live person. Total Home states they have a 24 hour repair guarantee. My roof is less than a year old and I still am trying to get it repaired. I understand we had a hurricane, but at least let me know when you think you can get me scheduled for a repair.
