Penny Vidler review about company Budget Roofing

Well before this last experience I would have given Budget Roofing at least a 4, but am a little disappointed in their customer service as of late. We used Budget for our new Roof several years ago and we also used them for a rental house, and I have told my family who also has used them for their properties in just the last year . I called to have them go look at a Skylight that had developed a leak , and they said they would get to it the next Tuesday, and they did not until I called a few more times. Then I was told I would get an estimate for the repair on June 24th, will no call , so I called them Again and was told I would hear back from them in 5 minutes that was yesterday. Well we will find someone else to do this work, and I will let everyone I know that needs a new roof or roof repairs about my most recent experience. Must say more disappointed then anything. PJV
