Maria C review about company Florida Universal Roofing Inc

I’m a little frustrated w this company. We picked this roofing company because of great reviews. However to my dismay, they’re a huge disappointment. Rick is very unprofessional. They started working on our roof tuesday, didn’t finish up because it rained. Told my husband they’ll be back thurs but of course they scheduled to come back in the afternoon which in Florida almost always rain, so they didn’t get to come back to finish their work because it rained! Rick originally told my husband he can’t come in Friday because he’s on vacation and he’ll just bring sand bags to put in our yard where he removed our gutter. So anyways, come Friday, he said his calendar cleared up and he can come in at 10-10:30. Doesn’t show up on time and had to follow up where he was. I had to call the company where he was because he’s close to an hour late. So apparently Rick had to do more to our roof than what they originally quoted us, he never talked to my husband about this, very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company at all.
