T Long review about company Erie Metal Roofing

After spending $14,000 for work done and problems occurring within two months, they have not acted to resolve issues that local roofers have said are due to their poor work. Please protect your wallet and home by going with local roofers that will back up their work. Meanwhile I will contact the BBB and Attorney General. They should not be allowed to work in this state. Follow up on 12/5: After several back and forth with the local contractor, I did have Vince, the local representative, come out and look at the problem. He recognized the venting had not been done properly and promised to return. He called at 10 AM a few weeks later while I was at work and asked if he could come by at noon. I said I was at work and he would have to call and would have to schedule a time, with proper notice, for them so I could be at home and not miss work. He said okay and never called again. The company kept telling the BBB that all was resolved with the situation. It never has been. I have since hire Glennstone Roofing, a local company to make the needed $20,000 in repairs. I continue to pay the $14,000 loan Erie put on my credit with NO RESOLUTION. Also, I am not sure who adjusted the address, This company operates out of Toledo OHIO and has a representative company in St. Louis and hire locals to work for them in local areas of the state. Each blame the other for the problems also. SO DO NOT be taken in by the address discrepancies they have all over GOOGLE.
