They done an outstanding job replacing the roof on my garage. The job included a complete tariff of the old roof and installation of architectural shingles. The shingles they chose were a perfect match to the ones on my home. Sanchez provided a longer warranty than most: 10 years labor and lifetime manufacturer warranty on the shingles. They also did not charge extra for wood replacement and they obtained the permit. Most important they were the least expensive of three local roofers from which I obtained estimates.
