We selected Colony because they were in our neighborhood and a company that's been around for 50+ years. They have an A+ rating with the BBB and their materials are locally sourced from Medina. Every part of the experience was fantastic. Paul came out on a day that was convenient for us to do the estimate. He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Paul was even gracious enough to take time out of his busy day to clarify additional details as we had an insurance claims adjuster visit the house on a separate day. The best part of the process was it was super affordable and they did an exceptional job in all areas. It was as good of a job or better than other places that will charge you twice as much. If you're getting estimates for a roof, make sure Colony is included and you'll see why they've been in business over 50 years.
