Stephanie Tadros review about company DeKalb Roofing Company

I was treated very rudely on the phone. They could not give me an expected date to come out, they called me on the day they were coming but I didnt know it was them because they did not leave a message. When I called them back to check on the status of my service call, they angrily said "I called you several times and you didnt answer. I cannot come back till later this week". Two days later they called and said "I will be there in an hour." I was not at home because I was working. They become belligerent because I was not home. I had no idea they would call or come that day. I have never been treated so rudely by a company I was trying to give my business to......it was very upsetting. All I needed was one day's notice to be at home.
