Marysia Czarski review about company Toronto Roofing Industries Ltd

Toronto Roofing came very highly recommended to me. My first experience with their salesman was very positive, and the price they quoted for my roof was very competitive. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience began to go downhill. The crew who arrived were loud, throwing things everywhere on site and I had to ask them a number of times to remove their items from my neighbours front lawn. When I returned home to their work, they'd made a terrible mess dropping the old singles down the side of the house. There were remains of the job and dirt everywhere. The supervisor came and was not happy with the work either. He promised to make everything perfect. They did clean our siding, and it was spotless. However I spent a good deal of time sweeping up dirt from their work and found a number of nails on the floor and single cuttings. Far from spotless. I provided the office with my thoughts, and didn't hear from them until I had another concern. Everyone was very nice apologizing, however, I would have liked to see more promises kept for a substantial and important investment like one's roof to their house!
