Had water coming in today due to an ice dam. Called CDM and Tracy was at the house promptly to assess. Together we determined a course of action, and within hours of discovery, the problem was solved. When the seasons change, I am going to have someone inspect the roof for damage and for ways to better prevent today's problem...it will most certainly be CDM doing that work!
