Vaughn Betz review about company Top to Bottom Roofing
Didn't pay his shingle supplier, who placed a lien on our cottage for money owed. The owner, Shawn Chenard, repeatedly said he would work out a payment plan but didn't, so the supplier started litigation. We have paid $750 in legal fees so far to defend ourselves, with no resolution yet and the lien still on our property. The work was finished in November 2017 and the lien still exists in April 2018 when I updated this, despite the owner's assertion below that it does not. The work on the cottage was also over a month late, despite constantly being promised to be done within 3 days. Note that one of the positive reviews posted here is by the owner! ** The company owner has posted below that the issue has been resolved but it has not been. We are out our legal costs and still have a lien on our cottage that we will eventually have to litigate to have removed. He has made no progress on resolving either of those issues as of November 2018, so his comment below is simply not true. **
