First, let me begin by saying that our roof was custom designed by the home's architect to showcase the community and is extremely complicated. We have struggled with various leaks over the years and have several roofing companies try and fail to find and fix them all. We contacted Premium Roofing because of a leak caused by Irma and were very impressed with their professionalism. First of all, I never like to meet a roofing "estimator" who's clothes, truck, and smart watch is cleaner and newer than mine because I feel I am paying twice as much. Their guy Dusty showed up looking like he was ready to work. Professional, not dirty, but looking like he was ready to climb on a roof. His truck also looked like it was actually used for roofing work! Despite his rugged appearance he was consultative, informative, and very professional. We let him know about the problems we had with other roofers and he reassured us that all of his work was backed by a 12 month guarantee. His team got right to work and replaced a section of the roof fixing one of the more stubborn leaks. His team also patched the leak caused by Irma. Not cheap but fair, fast, professional, and thorough. He successfully fixed half the leaks. Wait....only half? Yep. They missed two leaks. Did I mention our roof is complicated? We called him back to take him up on his guarantee and true to his word, his team came out and fixed the remaining leaks at no charge. A service professional that stands by their work and charges a fair price is very rare these days and I would definitely hire them again.
