In need of a new roof? Look no further than New American Home Improvement in Antioch IL. Last May we had a terrible storm with high winds and hail. The first salesman to show up at our door from another company looked at our roof from ground level and said the damage was minimal and the insurance company wouldn't buy it. A week later, Jason from Home Improvement went up on our roof and came down with video evidence that we had over 50 broken shingles, missing shingles and hail damage. He immediately called our insurance company and 3 days later Jason and the adjuster we on the roof assessing the damage. The adjuster said we had extensive wind and hail damage and needed a new roof. Within a few weeks they took care of our permit, delivered our shingles and we had our new roof installed. The installers did an excellent job and were very efficient, polite and took great care not to damage or siding or bushes around the house. Clean up was also excellent. Both Jason and Chad were a pleasure to work with and very professional. They promptly returned our phone calls and answered all our questions. After my experience with Home Improvement and talking to my neighbors who had their roofs done,,everyone was impressed with their customer service and quality of workmanship.
