Midwest Roofing Supply/SRS Distribution INC is a fraudulent company that DOES NOT HONOR contractually bound contracts with lies and no communication. Instead of honoring the legal contract, Midwest Supply/SRS Distribution INC now refuses to returns our calls and honor the agreement of materials ordered through Restor Group LLC performance in 2017. In May of 2017, Restor Group LLC entered a "2017 Customer Growth Incentive Plan" end of the year rebate agreement once $250,000 is upfront paid supplies to Midwest Supply Inc. Mike Rindone and Alex Weber ( managers and representatives of Midwest Supply Inc) requested our business for materials ordered in exchange for an end of year rebate for PAID and PURCHASED materials. Midwest Supply INC required EVERY PURCHASE WAS PAID UP FRONT. Not even a nail was sent to a job site without all materials paid up front. Restor Group LLC total sales for the year was substantial. We have all the invoices with payments for each job. Restor Group LLC sent NUMEROUS emails directly to Midwest Supply requesting our rebate with NO RETURN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL. " I am still waiting to hear back from one of you about my promised and contractually bound Midwest Rebate. This is total BS you guys operate this way. Not letting this go. The fact that I sent you the business I did, switching from Allied to Midwest…only to be treated this way….is reprehensible. It says clearly that I would be paid by credit or check AT THE END OF THE YEAR. Not sure if you guys are aware…but it is MAY." Now today is Sept. 2018. Midwest Roofing INC/SRS Distribution INC refuses to pay our contractual agreement. Even the manager, Alex Weber refuses to return our calls. This company is extremely unfair and fraudulent. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS!!!
