One of the worst companies to deal with and good luck with their quality. We’re over two weeks late in starting our roof replacement, with no contact or updates. We had to call them to find out when they would be starting, even though they had already charged outlet account for 1/2 of this he total cost. I was fortunate enough to come home the day they started to stop the unidentified workers who were attempting to cover areas of the roof that needed replaced. Then they failed to used the materials that were agreed upon and paid for. It was more than a week before they came back to install the gutters that were angle the wrong direction and had openings for the downspouts 1/2 as large as they needed to be. Gutters had to be replaced, still look terrible, it did not hav the time to continue with failed promises. Have videos and pics if you are interested. Do not be fooled by the nice truck when they give you an estimate, they will show up with many undocumented workers who you are unable to communicate with.
