If you are looking for Colorado code....don't look here. We had the most unprofessional experience with Prestige Roofing. Colorado code requires a mid inspection. 3 months later, we would still be waiting for a permit if I hadn't paid for it myself. Still waiting to hear if we pass inspection. Don't be fooled, call your local township and find out who they recommend.
