Janice Olley review about company Alpha Elite Roofing

I had scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a leak in our roof. They were not on time and did not call to notify me that they were running late which was a red flag for me. I called the office and was told by Andrew that the representative was on his way "right now". I don't know where he was coming from but 30 minutes later he had still not arrived and no communication as to why. I decided to call and cancel because it is my belief that being punctual is part of good customer service and so is a courtesy call if you are running late. I called the office to cancel and spoke with Andrew again. I informed him that I did not want to continue to wait and asked that he tell the representative not to come. Andrew said "okay" and that was that. No apology for any inconvenience caused just "okay." I did not pursue the conversation any further and am glad I did not pursue a business transaction with them. By the way, the only reason I gave one star is because it wouldn't allow me to post a review with zero stars.
