Worst company ever. We were effected by a severe hail storm in the Fountain area in June, 2018. Cody "Red" Wilson was the individual we started to deal with. He said we would be treated like family if we went with Expert Exteriors. Well the way he treated us, I would hate to be part of his family, let alone his enemy! The main problem was lack of communication. They "Red and his girlfriend Rhonda" made promise after promise to complete work. We were never notified when the shingles were going to be delivered. We woke up one morning and workers were starting to work on the roof, fully blocking us in the house. Cody took several week long trips, mind you at a time when he should have been completing our work! Then one day I come home and my driveway is blocked by workers putting gutters on the house. That was all fine except we were never notified they would be coming. After the gutters were put on I went out to check the work and noticed they did not replace downspouts. I called Cody to ask why they had not been replaced and was unable to make contact with him. They would not return our phone calls or emails. We sent several emails wanting to know the status of work that still needed to be performed, with no replies. When they did decide to return our phone calls, they informed us it was common practice to use old gutters even though insurance had said to replace all the gutters. Sounds like the are attempting insurance fraud. We also heard complaints that we lived so far from them - then don't solicit business outside your area! They also informed us they were withdrawing from the contract, thank god, because we called them out on their less than desirable work and promises broken. I am a disabled veteran and feel like this company has taken advantage of me. Threats to put a lien on my house...sending us a $10k bill to include LOTS of work they never did! $10k people to include paint, garage door, shutters!!!! They never did ANY of those repairs. Whose work are they trying to bill us for is unknown. All they are trying to do is scare and scam people out of money. If anyone is approached by this company BEWARE. If Cody "Red" Wilson or his girlfriend Rhonda shows up to your door, I suggest you shut it and stay clear of them.
